Alex E., Luxembourgish, and an animator on the project :) Puis Aurel, lui aussi animateur, un de ceux qui ont fait le "Burning Safari" qu'on aime tant :) Then Aurel, also animator, one of those who made the "Burning Safari" we luv sooo muchhh :) Le soir, direction l'appart de Loic et Aurel, pour fêter l'anniversaire de Blandine... une petite dizaine de personne du Studio... #9229 "Ma séance de ciné privé..."

#9229 My own private movie session.... Aujourd'hui, arrivé d'une nouvelle productrice pour aider celle en place... et qui a eut la bonne idée d'invité tt le monde pour une projection privé du film dans l'état au jour d'aujourd'hui.... Today, a new producer arrived... and decided to show the film has it today to the crew, by renting a screening room in the biggest cinema of Luxembourg... Avant l'animatique (soit le storyoard animé incluant les séquences que nous avons créé en 3D) on a créér un petitmontage avec les premiers tests en couleur et premiers tests FX... et ca claquait :) ensuite, repas pour tt le monde, des plateaux du Subway qui se situent dans le complexe étaient commandés, et on c régalés :) We saw the animatic (meaning the animated storyboard including the sequences we created already) and the first rendering and FX tests on the big screens.We then ate all Subways from the shop that is in the cinema complex.. yummi :) Puis apres discussion pendant une bonne heure avec Shane sur les questions que l'ont pouvait se poser apres la projection... Interessant... mais dans le mauvais sens.. comprendre tt le monde compris les lacunes du script et du reste.. :( Then talking with the director Shane for about an hour... Interessting.. but not in the good way... everyone realize part of the problems that is going on.. Ewww :(

#9228 My Deception for Liverpool... On commence la journée avec une réinstall d'un PC... on peut en compter 2 à 3 par mois... De l'intérêt de travailler dans un monde d'informatique avec des calculs permanents... Starting the day with a computer reinstall... We might have to do 2 to 3 a month.. That's the nice thing about working on a digital world... always calculating.... Le soir, direction le Black Stuff, pour regarder la finale de la Ligue des Champions Liverpool-Milan A.C.. Ils ont installé une tente spécialement pour l'évenement devant le pub... on se retrouve a une bonne dizaine.. At nite, going to the Black Stuff's, to Watch the Liverpool-Milan A.C. Champion's League Final... They put a special device in front of the pub for this event.... On remarquera la promo spécial Carlsberg, qui est bien évidemment le sponsor de l'équipe de Liverpool... We'll look at the special Carlsberg promo, which is obviously the Liverpool main sponsor.... Par contre ca devient tres vite blindé de monde, même Martin, qui est qd meme grand de base, est obligé de se mettre debout sur le banc pour voir le match.. Je finis par faire de même... 2 mi temps debout sur un banc... :) Then it's really crowded... even Martin, who's really tall, had to stood up on our bench... I'll end up finishing doing the same.. 2 half times standing up like this... :) Au final se sera encore une déception, encore une finale volé par des italiens... no comment... In the end, big deception... Another final stolen by Italians..no comment.... D

#9224 My Spartan's Bday.... Allez hop, rejoint dans la soirée des amis du département des FX qui habitent sur Thionville pour fêter leur crémaillère mais aussi l'anniv de l'un d'eux et d'une de leur connaissance... RDV est pris vers 22h dans un appart' vraiment super grand au centre de Thionville.. Let's go to have a party with one of the FX guys of the Studio that are living in Thionville and are making a house welcoming party along with 2 bdays.. going there for 10Pm.... Beaucoup de Graphiste 3D présents, beaucoup de prénoms à apprendre mais une super ambiance donc on va pas rechigner sur apprendre les noms hein :p There is a lot of 3D CG artists there, a lot of first names to learn but it's really a cool nite so we won't be grumpy because we had to learn names no ? :p Ca fais tres affiche de propagande "I want u" mais bon... It's really a lot like the "I want u" poster but well... Le chef des FX en pleine création photo... Mais bon, un Fxboy qui ne détruit rien ou ne fait rien bruler est forcément mécontent donc bon... The Lead of the FX trying to take a picture... A FXboy that is not making something burning or exploding is never happy, just so you know... Emilie & Céline, respectivement Etudiante en Politique appliquée et Etudiante en Communication, stagiaire sur la Saison 2 de "Galactic Football", la partie 2D à Paris. Emilie & Céline, respectively Student in politics and Student in communication, also doing an internship on the "Galactic Football" Season 2, the 2D parts of the show, in Paris. Le moment des kdos pour les anniversaires de Nico & Caro, respectivement une tireuse à bière et un jeu DS et un DVD. Time for the gifts for the bdays of Nico & Caro, a beer dispenser and a DS game along with a DVD. Petite bouffée d'air frais sur le toit adjacent pour une partie de la troupe, trop loin pr bien voir... Having some fresh air on the roof next to the flat for a part of the band, but too far to see really anything... Bouboune & Nico, à leur remontée du toit... Bouboune & Nico, on their way up from the roof... Entre les parties de fléchette et "Belette" (David de son vrai prénom) qui fais n'importe quoi, je pars il est 4h30 du mat', me disant que ca faisait longtemps que j'avais pas eut une soirée "Erasmus Style"... :p Between playing darts and "Belette" (David for his real name) that is making stupid thing, I left at 4.30am, telling myself that it was a long time since this last kinda "Erasmus" Style party... :p
